Our 1st anniversary was Monday!!! Yeah!!!!!! We made it through the first year! =) It's been a great first year. To celebrate, I went and helped some friends - the Ross family - move. This is their youngest child, Jerad, with Jesse. I wish they could have had a chance to become friends. They are only about three and a half months apart.
This is Erin Ross. She is one of the first people who made friends with me at the church we are now attending.
That night when Stephen got home, we tried to go out for a nice romantic dinner at Red Lobster ( I love fish, and Stephen very graciously took me, even though he does NOT like fish). Our romantic dinner turned into an eat-and-run because Jesse (who had had a shot at the doctor's that morning) woke up crying and grumpy, so we ended up rushing to end our dinner, then going home and trying to make him happy for the rest of the evening. Oh, well. I am thankful for this first year of marriage, despite the fact that celebrations were cut short. And I still adore my baby. =) And yes, Stephen did bring me flowers...a hand picked boquet. =)

happy anniversary you guys! i love red lobster too.. their cheesy roll things are the best! our 3rd is coming up next month and it will be our first anniversary that i haven't been pregnant:) woo hoo! lizzy, i've been meaning to call you but jackson seems to have hidden my phone extremely well this time and now it's dead wherever it's at.. but i just wanted to invite you to MOPS. the next meeting is april 10th at 9:00 at riverview.. i've been to 2 meeting so far and it's been really fun but would be sooo much funner if you and jesse were there too. let me know!
